  • 2 bunches5 minutes boiled managu
  • 1medium diced onion
  • 2medium diced tomatoes
  • 2beef royco cubes
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions in a sufuria with oil

    Add tomatoes when the onions are well fried and let them cook to form a nice sauce

    Add managu, stir well, let it cook for 5 minutes and then add the royco

    Mix the royco well add salt to taste and let it cook for 5 minutes and then serve with hot ugali.
