Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMawa
  2. 1/2 kgGround sugar
  3. 50 gmsroasted and powdered til (sesame seeds)
  4. 200 gmlightly roasted whole til
  5. Raisins to garnish
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the mawa in a heavy bottom pan and heat until melted.

  2. 2

    Do not over roast, as it changes colour.

  3. 3

    Add ground sugar, powdered til, cardamom powder and light roasted whole til and mix well.

  4. 4

    Shape into desired shape and garnish with raisins on top.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve. Can be kept outside for approx 10 days and in fridge for around 15 days. As the mawa is lightly roasted, these bhuggas should be consumed early.. 😛😛
