  • Sliced cheese of your choice
  • Pancetta
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes in their jackets, in salted water, gives them a lovely flavour. Leave to cool, then peel

  2. 2

    Cut cheese into strips, wrap around potatoes. Wrap pancetta all around. Bake at 200 for about 25 mins until golden and crispy. Leave to cool for a few mins before serving :)
