These malpua are healthy in every way. Made with wheat flour,Apple, and topped with Jaggery syrup what else you need ??
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add flour, fennel seeds, cardamom powder,salt, condensed milk,
mix it well - 2
Now mix jaggery and water in a pan and stir over medium heat till jaggery dissolves and the syrup has reduced to half of it's quantity

Now take one apple and scoop out the seeds and cut them into roundels

Apple slices in batter

Grease the baking tray and arrange apple slices dipped in batter

Now put the baking tray

Bake to 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes

Then dip in jaggery syrup

Now place in plate put top of jaggery syrup, rabri, dry fruit, rose petals

Serve and enjoy.
