2 lbshamburger meat
1 tbspchili powder
1green pepper
1onion
1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper, leave out for kids
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoonminced garlic
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonground cumin
2 quartstomato juice
8 oztomato sauce
1 tbspoil
2 (16 Oz)kidney beans
3tomatoes
2 tablespoonscocoa powder (optional)

Sauteed green peppers and onion and oil. Brown hamburger, adding remaining ingredients except for beans.

Simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours

Add beans and serve over noodles
