Ingredients

  • 2 lbshamburger meat
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1green pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper, leave out for kids
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonground cumin
  • 2 quartstomato juice
  • 8 oztomato sauce
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 (16 Oz)kidney beans
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauteed green peppers and onion and oil. Brown hamburger, adding remaining ingredients except for beans.

  2. 2

    Simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours

  3. 3

    Add beans and serve over noodles
