Ingredients

2limes
2-3red chili peppers (adjust to your preferred spice level)
2 clovesgarlic, 2 tablespoons fish sauce
3 1/2-4 tablespoonsgranulated sugar

Steps

Peel the garlic and finely mince the chili peppers (or chop them). Place both in a bowl.

Squeeze the lime juice (remove seeds if desired) into the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons fish sauce and 3 1/2 to 4 tablespoons sugar to the bowl. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
