Place the tennis biscuits in rows at bottom of dish. Ensure that the bottom of dish is covered.

Place the Nestle Mint Caramel in a separate bowl and mix until a smooth consistency.

Spread the Nestle Mint Caramel over the first layer of tennis biscuits. Ensure the biscuits are well coated with the caramel.

Add another layer of tennis biscuits and spread Nestle Mint Caramel.

Whip the 250ml fresh cream and spread across the the final layer.
- 6
Sprinkle with flake or peppermint crisp chocolate.
