Onions
Beef and cow skin
Vegetable oil
Seasoning

Steps

Blend tomatoes, pepper and Onion together, cook till the water is dried.
2

Fry well,add beef with stock, cow skin and seasoning and desired quantity of water. Cover to cook for about 20 mins.

Cook rice with just salt and enjoy your meal
