Melt the jaggery on a low flame (without water)

Heat the ghee and saute the grated coconut for 5 - 8 mins on a medium flame

Slowly add the melted jaggery and keep mixing everything well until the ghee oozes out

Turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Serve it hot as a sweet item

For Laddoo:grease your palm and fingers with little ghee and make Laddoo while it's still hot
