Ingredients

5-50 minutes
  1. 1onion finely chopped
  2. 1green pepper finely chopped
  3. 2 TBSolive oil
  4. 1 TSPrajah mild
  5. 1 TSPsteak n chop spice spice
  6. 1 tspbbq
  7. 1 TSPsix guns
  8. 1/2 cubebeef stock
  9. Leftovers boerewors
  10. 2grated tomato and dash of tomato sauce
  11. 2 TBSvegetables and tomato soup
  12. 1 TBSbrown onion

Steps

5-50 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry your onion and green peppers

    Then crumble the beef stock, then add grated tomato into the onion mixture

    Add the spices on the tomato mixture

    Take the leftover boerewors from the Frigde to add on the tomato mixture

    Mix and stir then prepare the soup mixture then pour it the boerewors and tomato gravy. Let it simmer to thickness the boerewors and gravy then enjoy it once it's served

    Ready to be served with pap and any side dish my leftover boerewors gravy
