2 tbspChopped garlic
1 cupChopped veggies
2 tbspCrushed Maggi
2 tbspSoup powder
to tasteSalt,pepper
4 cupsVegetable stock
2 tbspButter

Steps

Chopped all veggies nicely.

Heat a pan put some butter add garlic sauté for few minutes now add all chopped veggies.

Add vegetable stock,soup powder,crushed Maggi and stir continuously

After 2-3 boils switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
