Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspChopped garlic
  2. 1 cupChopped veggies
  3. 2 tbspCrushed Maggi
  4. 2 tbspSoup powder
  5. to tasteSalt,pepper
  6. 4 cupsVegetable stock
  7. 2 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped all veggies nicely.

    Heat a pan put some butter add garlic sauté for few minutes now add all chopped veggies.

    Add vegetable stock,soup powder,crushed Maggi and stir continuously

    After 2-3 boils switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

    Serve hot.
