Deep fry potatoes in hot cooking oil

In the same oil, deep fry onions until they turn golden brown

In heated oil a sufuria, put ginger, garlic and pilau masala, mix them until they turn golden brown

Add meat into the mixture and stir well

Add tomatoes and sweet pepper ; mix them

Add tomatoe paste, mix well and let them cook for 5 minutes

Add maziwa lala for tenderizing, and let the stew cook for 10 minutes

Boil rice, add food color to the rice when water has reduced below the rice level.

Once the rice I well cooked serve with the biriyani stew
