Ingredients

  • 4ripe plantains
  • 1 cupmilk (240 ml)
  • 1/4 cupbutter (about 55 grams)
  • 3.5 ozshredded mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
  • 4whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoonhoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the plantains in water for 10 minutes.

    Drain the plantains.

    Place the plantains in a glass baking dish.

    Add the milk, butter, cloves, and sprinkle with the cheese.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 210°F (100°C).
