Fried spaghetti with coated chicken

Boil spaghetti in salty water till cooked avoid letting your spaghetti overcook.drain the remaining water and pour cold water on it and set aside.

Fry onions and hoho and the grated carrots plus blended or grated tomatoes then add dhania to form aromatic mixture then drain the water in the spaghetti and add to the fried mixture till well mixed..remove from heat

Boil chicken in with water mixed with slightly grounded ginger and garlic and chicken cube and a pinch of salt.set aside to cool.avoid using kienyeji chicken because its not that tender for frying

Beat the eggs in a bowl put your breadcrumbs in another bowl and flour mixture with blackpepper in another bowl or plate.coat the pieces of chicken by putting in flour,egg wash,back to flour lastly egg wash then dip in bread crumbs and set aside until all pieces are ready

Deep fry in clean cooking oil till chicken turns golden brown.warm your spaghetti in the microwave or low heat..plate your food.Garnish as desired
