Marinate your mackerel with lemon and parsley, cook in the oven.

Cook your noodles while mackerel is cooking in oven.

When your noodles and mackerel is ready mix together in a bowl (cut your mackerel up into chunks)

Add into the bowl some ginger, garlic and soy sauce.

Then Enjoy!!!
