Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswarm milk
  2. 1.5 tablespoonsinstant dry yeast
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 6 tablespoonmargarine
  6. 2eggs
  7. 6 cupsall purpose flour
  8. 1 table spoonmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all the dry ingridients and set a side

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the sugar, salt and margarine and whisk.

  3. 3

    Add the flour+yeast and knead. Add the warm milk while kneading until the dough is well done. I added 2 tablespoons of palm oil to give it the yellow colour

  4. 4

    Cover with a cling film and let it raise

    When double the original size, I punctured it and divided it into small balls

    I let it raise again and put them in a preheated oven for baking. When ready remove from oven and brush with melted butter and let them cool. Serve with a hot cup of tea or beverage of choice

Did at 180 degrees. Almost 20 minutes or when you hit the buns you hear a hollow sound.
