Egg
Onions, scotch bonnet(grated)
cubesSeasoning
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Cut,peel,wash and boil the yam
2

Fry your grated onions and scotch bonnet add in seasoning cubes and a little salt
3

Mash the boiled yam,add the scotch bonnet and onions and mix well
4

Shape into balls and fry in oil until golden brown
5

Serve with coffee or any beverage
