This recipe is also my favorite. The most important thing is that it contains so many vegetables and you can add any you like.

Fry the onion first. After a while, add the peas, corn and carrots to that and let it about 3 minutes and keep mixing.

Add the spinach, salt ,the sun dried peppers and pepper, and let it fry about another 3-5 minutes.

Add water and the Maggi soup and wait until the carrots and the peas is done.

In another bowl, add one egg and vinegar and mix. After the soup is done slowly add the egg in the soup with one hand and with the other keep mixing the soup. After you add the egg, add the sour cream and enjoy!!
