  • 2 tbsflour
  • 1 tspnutmeg
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tbsbutter
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Salt

    Mix the flour, all the seasoning plus salt. Dust the fish with this

    Heat a little oil in a pan and pan fry the fish

    Remove Fry on both sides until slightly brown, add 1 tbs butter and a garlic on one side and melt let the fish fry until golden brown

    Remove from pan when done and serve with ugali
