Cooking Instructions

To prepare Chutney.Take all the ingredients listed in the Ingredients column under 'For Chutney'. Now add all these in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth and fine paste.

Keep the murmura,farsan,chopped onion,tomatoes.Chop the boiled potatoes and assemble all other ingredients before you begin.

In a big bowl add boiled chopped potatoes,chopped onions,tomatoes,add the required amount of chutney.Remaining chutney can be stored in fridge for atleast 3 to 4 days.

Now add chat masala,1/4 teaspoon black salt to it.Add lemon juice and mix very well.

Now add murmura,1/2 cup or more quantity of farsan.With a spoon mix the bhel together and be quick.

Serve bhel immediately in a bowls or small plates.Top up or garnish with Sev and coriander leaves.If you don't serve immediately then it will become soggy and you can't enjoy it.So you have to serve it very quickly.
