Ingredients

1Broiler Chicken cut into pieces
2 cupssweet corn
1 cupcarrots, cubed
2bell peppers, chopped
1large onion, chopped
3Tomatoes chopped
6 clovesgarlic crushed or grated
Ginger, crushed or grated
to tasteSalt and Pepper
Rice n Steamed Cabbage mixed with grated carrots, to serve

Steps

Pre boil the chicken pieces for about 7 minutes.

Add oil and onions into Pot n fry. Add carrots, ginger garlic, bell peppers. Cook for a minute. Then add tomatoes salt n pepper n cook for 2 more minutes.

Add the chicken pieces. Cover n let cook for 3 minutes. Or until the tomatoes are turned to pulp. Adjust seasoning.

Lastly add the sweet corn n bring to boil.

Serve with accompaniment of choice.
