Steps

Wash the fish. Sprinkle salt and turmeric over the fish.heat oil in a pan. And stir fry the fish until it turns golden brown.

Take out the fish from the pan and keep aside. Now add 2tablespoon oil in a pan and add chopped onion, turmeric.and tomato puree, ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1min.now add the given spices and cook for 5min until the oil leaves. Now add 1cup of coconut milk and cook for 10 min and make it a thick gravy you can also add a cup of water if the gravy become thick.And then add the fried fish and cook for nxt 10 min.garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
