Fried Sphagetti

Parboiled your sphagetti drain and rise with warm water,peel the potatoes and carrots cut into cubes and boiled for 3mins

In a pan heat oil add onions,garlic,bonnet pepper,fry for some mins then add sousage fry for 2min

Then add carrots and potatoes,add pinch of black pepper and fry for some mins

Add sphagetti,mix spice and cinnamon powder,maggie stir fry until it colour change to brown,when its done add lawashi and green pepper
