Ingredients

60 minutes
for 5 servings
  1. 100 gramRava
  2. 500 mlWater
  3. 2 tspCardamom powder
  4. 250 gramKhoya
  5. 100 gramPaneer
  6. Desi ghee for frying
  7. 250 gramSugar
  8. Pistachio 1 fiest fine chopped

    First of all take a bowl and add 100 grams of rava and 100 ml pf water in it and mix it well. Put this mixture for rest. After that take another bowl an add condensed milk, cottage cheese and soaked rava in it. Make a dough of this mixture and then make small balls from these dough.

    Heat some desi ghee in a pan and fry all the small balls in it until it gets red brown in colour. Put the gas flame off and take out all the fried balls. Take another pan and add 250 grams of sugar and 400 ml of water in it. Make a sugar syrup of it and add all the small fried balls.

    Leave it to rest for at least 4 to 5 hours and then take one piece of gulab jamun in a bowl and granish it with some fine chopped pistachio.
