Ingredients

  • 200 gmcolocasia
  • 2Potatoes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1red chilli
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add colocasia and Potatoes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    As it's brown add all the masalas and saute well

  4. 4

    Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add sugar and little water and simmer
