Fry onions and garlic in 1/2 tablespoon of oil cool it and grind with rest of the ingredients under masala list.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera, after the mustard start popping add curry leaves and beans. Add salt and fry for 3 min

Add turmeric and masala paste fry till raw smell goes.

Add desired amount of water cook till beans turn soft.

Add chopped coriander leaf and serve hot with chapati or rice.
