Firstly boiled the beetroot and make fine paste.

Now boiled Urad Dal separate, tomato, carrot, capsicum, peas separate in pan.

After that take nonstick pan add butter heat it, then add boiled veggies and saute it for 2 minutes.

Then add Urad Dal and beetroot gravy. Boiled it for 2 minutes, then add Pav Bhaji masala.

Mix it nicely and switch off the gas after one boil. Served with roti, rice.
