Cut the beans in a 1 to 2 inch long, deep Fry them on medium flame and keep a side

Take a pan add 2 tbs oil, heat on medium flame, then add Cardamom and fennal seeds, let them sizzle, add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, cook them it light brown in

Now add sliced tomatos, coriander powder, garam masala, curry masala, red chilli powder, salt, cook 15min

Now add water and cook another 15 min, now add fried beans in it, cook for more 5 min.

Serve hot with roti.
