In a bowl add your margarine and sugar cream them until light and fluffy add the liquid ingredients mix and fold in your sieved flour plus baking powder and cardamom and knead a soft smooth dough.

Cover your dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it sit for 30mnts

Pin out and cut into small pieces and deep fry in a moderate hot oil till golden brown on both sides,let them cool and enjoy.
