  1. 2 cupBoiled Black Beans(Rajma)
  2. 5 tbspOnion Paste
  3. 1 cupTomato Puree
  4. 1 tbspChopped Garlic
  5. 1 tbspChopped Ginger
  6. 3 tbspCoriander Powder
  7. 1 tbspKasmiri Red Chilli Powder
  8. 1 tbspRoasted Cumin Powder
  9. 1 tbsptamarind Paste
  10. 3 tbspOil
  11. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  12. 1Black Cardamom
  13. 1Bay Leaf
  14. 1Star anise
  15. 1cardamom
  16. 1Dry Red Chilli
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. Water as per requirements

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, now add bay leaf, dry chilli, cardamom, and cumin seeds.

    As these started crackling, add onion paste. Cook it till golden brown.

    Now add ginger and garlic. Cook 2-3min.

    Add all spices, and 2tbsp water. Cook for 5 min

  5. 5

    Now add tomato puree. Mix it. Cook 4-5 min.

    Now add black beans, and salt. Mix well. Add 1cup water.

  7. 7

    Cover it and cook it till beans became soft. Our curry is ready.
