Wash and blanch spinach leaves in boiling water with pinch of sodabicarb and little sugar for 2 minutes. Then strain water. Grind blanched spinach leaves with coriander leaves and green chillies and make smooth paste.

Grind onion, cashew nuts and garlic cloves with little water and make smooth paste.

Grind tomatoes and make puree.

Boil green peas and french beans in enough water.

In a pan heat oil.

Add prepared onion-garlic-cashewnut paste. Saute till oil seperates on low flame.

Add tomato puree, capsicum and saute for sometimes.

Add red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and mix well.

Add prepared spinach paste, salt and approximate 1/2 cup water. Mix it.

Add boiled green peas, french beans and paneer cubes. Add approximate 1/2 cup water, mix well, cover with lid and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Veg.green is ready to serve. Enjoy with makkai roti or paratha.
