Steps

Pan roast the tomatillos, chiles, and garlic on the stove top or in the oven until tomatillos are soft.

Remove pan from heat and add water to pan to help cool veg and collect juices.

Put the all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquefied, adding the cooling water to thin out.

Salt to taste.
