Wash chicken, season and perboil till tender then set aside; heat up pot on fire put oil, ginger, garlic on a low heat, sauté a bit then put blended pepper and onion, sauté again

Add the chicken stock, add knorr, salt, curry, sesame oil, soy sauce and then mix corn flour with little water; add into the sauce and allow to cook.

Add chicken and remaining stock, add diced pepper, after about 4 minutes add green bell pepper and stir; turn off heat and serve with white rice
