Milk Cake from leftover of ghee

Steps

Heat milk in a pan and bring it up to a boil.add leftover ghee mawa stir continuously till becomes thick.

Add sugar,stir until sugar melts,add milk power and stir continue,add cardamom powder and mix well until mixture leaves the sides of pan.

Switch off the flame and pour the mixture into greased tray to set.

After set completely cut it it into pieces.

Note- if u see that the mixture doesn't look dry so u can add 1-2 tbsp of roasted besan to the mixture at the end.
