Wash boil and pound the palm fruit then add water and sieve out juice

Then pour the juice in a pot and boil, add the diced onions and beletientien leaves

Let it boil until the banga is almost thick, than add dry pepper and banga spices

Put in the presalted fish
- 5
Add seasoning and salt
- 6
And cover to cook until the fish is cooked
