Ingredients

100 gmsbutter
135 gmsplain flour
150 gmscaster sugar
20 gmscocoa
1 tbsvanilla essence
2large eggs
3 tbsbailey's /cream liquor
1 1/2 tbsbaking powder
For topping
3 tbsNutella
1/4 cupchocolate chips
3 tbsbailey's

Steps

Cream sugar and butter till fluffy, whisk in an egg at a time till creamed

Add essence and bailey's till smooth add the rest of the ingredients for the cupcakes. Flour, cocoa, baking powder and make a batter

Bake till the tops spring back on touch 15mins @180

Melt chocolate and add bailey's and mix

Apply Nutella on tops of cooled cupcakes and drizzle with bailey's ganache
