Ingredients

1 cuptukra rice
1 cupmoong split dal
1 cupgobhi florets
1/2 cupsweetcorn
1/2 cuppeas
1potato diced cut
1carrot chopped
1 tspchopped garlic
1/2 tsproasted cumminseed
1/2 tspred chilli
1/2 tspturmeric
To tastesalt
2 tspclarified butter
2 tspoil
6 cupwater

Steps

Take a rice and dal mix wash and soaked at 1 hour.

After 1 hour take a pressure cooker add oil,cuminseeds and garlic saute add mssala snd all veggies,dal and rice stir 2 minute then add water cover with lid.

After 2 whistle then serve veggies dal khichri garnish clarified butter.
