Heat the pan add sooji roast the sooji till light brown then remove in a bowl

Then same pan add ghee then add roasted sooji, crush cardoman sauté for 1 min in low flame then add 1/2chopped dryfruits saute 30 sec

Then add milk, sugar, water saute for one min then cover with lid cook till sooji almost soaked the milk and water in low to medium

Then remove in a bowl garinish with remaining dryfruits
