Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbeans
  • 4potatoes diced cut
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2tomato puree
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspchopped coriander
  • 3 tspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add mustard oil then oil smoke add garlic saute then add onion and green chilli saute golden colour add tomato puree and all spices mix add potatoes and beans mix and cover with lid.

    After cook garnish coriander and serve.
