Cut all the veggies into small pieces.

Now make a better of besan and Add baking powder, salt, kasturi methi, red chilli powder, ajwain and green chilli.

Now add cut veggies in it and mix it well.

Heat the oil in a kadhai and put better of besan with a spoon one bye one.

Fry it well until it turns brown.your pakodes are ready to serve.

Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
