Heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.nw add curry leaves,peanuts.mix well

Nw add chopped potatoes and cook for 1 min on low flame

Nw add chopped onions and saute for a minute.then add all vegetables like peas,carrot and capsicum.saute for 1 min.

Now add all spices.mi well and add chopped tomatoes.cook till it becomes soft.nw add vermicilli

Add 1 cup water.cover the lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.drizzle lemon juice.garnish with green coriander.serve hot
