  • Rice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Chicken breast
  • Onion and pepper
  • Spices and seasonings
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil enough water to cook rice, wash the rice and cook with little salt until soft

  2. 2

    Cut chicken breast into small chunks, cook with spices and seasonings

  3. 3

    Cut onion and pepper into small stripes and slightly stirfry, add the chicken chunks and allow to simmer, serve with the white rice
