  • 200 gchorizo
  • 400 gchicken
  • 1pepper
  • 1onion
  • to tasteChilli flakes
  • to tastePaprika
  • to tasteSalt
  • Spoonfultomato passata
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion and soften in oil, add chopped chorizo and peppers. Cook for a few mins

    Add chicken, spices and passata. Stir, cook and simmer until cooked, about 20 mins
