Chocolate mint cake with chocolate cage

Preheat your oven @180degress for 10mins.....dust your baking tin well and put aside.....sieve all dry ingredients together

In a bowl mix sugar and margarine till fluffy,

Add egg one by one whisk till fully incorporated,

Add chocolate essence mix for 1min, add mint essence mix

Fold in flour alternating with milk...bake for 40-60mins

After baking remove from oven let the cake cool in the tin for 10-15mins then remove the cake...wait for the cake to cool completely then cream with whipping cream..

Melt chocolate in a double boiler, spread the parchment paper,

Apply the chocolate on the parchment paper to your desired pattern let it settle when you touch its not sticky....then put it around the cake, leave it for a few minutes then gently remove the parchment paper.
