Cut the cauliflower..and add it in boiled water...blench till the colour changes

Blench the carrot and turnip till soft drain and keep aside...spread all the vegetables by spreading on the cloth aside

Combine the ginger and garlic blend in a mixture into a smooth paste

Heat the oil in a khadai add the paste..and saute it for 2 mint...add the remaining masalas and saute it for 3 mint....

In another pan heat 1 cuo water...add the crushed jaggery and mix it well till thw jaggery dissolves

Sieve the mixture and add the above mixture in it....mix well with grated mustard seed

Cover and keep aside for 2-3 days....

Your pickle is ready to eat
