This is easy and fast menu. You can make with crab or shrimp also. And putting on rice is so tasty.

Ingredients: cut green onion, mushroom and crab sticks.

Add water to egg. Mix all the ingredients and seasoning.

Heat oil hot and put 1/2 egg mixture and stir

Turn over the egg and fry the other side. Egg is so soft, so I use the lid of frying pan and turn over.

Make sauce and mix starch water and cook.

Put sauce and garnish with green onion

Egg on the hot rice and drain sauce mixture.
