Melt the chocolate with the almond milk in a saucepan, then let it cool.

Pour the liquid from a 14 oz can of chickpeas into a mixing bowl. Whip the liquid like egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. This may take about 5 minutes.

Once the chickpea liquid is whipped to stiff peaks, like beaten egg whites, gently fold in the cooled melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for a few hours, then enjoy!
