Boil the potatoes, smash them, add chopped onions, 1 spoon ginger paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli n salt.. Mix well

Knead the dough. Make medium balls and roll them out a bit, then add a tablespoon full of the potato mixture

Then hold the chapatti from the sides and bring it to the center.. Roll out again n fry them normally...
