Ingredients

  • 1and a half cups Pishori rice
  • Halfa cup white sugar
  • I cup coconut milk (from fresh coconut)
  • 1 tablespooninstant dry Yeast
  • 10cardamom shelled or freshly ground cardamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice over night or at least 6 hours

  2. 2

    Drain the rice and blend all the ingredient till super fine.

  3. 3

    Bake at 200 degrees for an hour

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
