Ingredients

  1. 1and a half cups Pishori rice
  2. Halfa cup white sugar
  3. I cup coconut milk (from fresh coconut)
  4. 1 tablespooninstant dry Yeast
  5. 10cardamom shelled or freshly ground cardamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice over night or at least 6 hours

  2. 2

    Drain the rice and blend all the ingredient till super fine.

  3. 3

    Bake at 200 degrees for an hour

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
