Pre heat oven to 150 c

Peel and cut mango into pieces and puree your mango. You can puree it with a food processor or manually with a stamper

Cream the butter and sugar and add it to the mango puree with the eggs and vanilla esscense.

Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Create a well in the centre and add the mango mixture. Mix well

Grease your baking tray. Pour in the batter

Bake till golden brown or when skewer comes out clean
- 7
Once cool sift top of cake with icing sugar and decorate with mango pieces (optional)
